Our shipping area is in Thailand and we ship nationwide. We'll ship products to our customers whose shipping address is in Thailand only.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In case customers do not wish to pick-up products at Apparo’s sales office, we can ship the products using the logistic service providers from both state or privately owned. This is to assure the fast, trustworthiness and efficiency of every shipment. The shipping fee for using the logistic service providers will be varied on the certain rates that are regulated by each provider. Below is the logistic service provider that we use:

- Kerry Express
- Flash Express
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP YOUR ORDER?
- Pick up at sales offer: 1 - 2 business days
- Bangkok metropolitan area: 2 - 3 business days
- Upcountry: 3 - 5 business days
- During the holidays, the delivery may be delayed from those informed above.
Note: The shipping periods as informed above are approximated.
- Our ‘advise your payment’ cycle ends on every 10.00 a.m. of every business day
- Should you make or report your payment to us before 10.00 a.m. of every business day, we will make shipping within that day.
- Should you make or report your payment to us after 10.00 a.m. of every business day (except Friday), we will make shipping on the following business day.
- Should you make or report your payment on Friday after 10.00 a.m., Saturday, Sunday or other holidays, we will make shipping on the following business day.
Note: Only for those customers who make a payment by credit card, we will make shipping on the next 2 business days.
- The product(s) that you wish to return is/are the result of our unlikely mistakes such as defective product(s), incorrect product size, wrong product colour, etc.
- The product(s) is/are deemed to be unsellable. As this being the case, we will give you a full refund.
PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
- Customer must inform us of his/her intention to return within 45 days after the receipt of the product(s)
- The product(s) need to be in its perfect condition
- Customer must proceed to return the product(s) in 7 days subsequent to the inform
- We will take care of the shipping cost for returning the product(s). Customer must proceed with returning the product(s) to our company and advise a proof shipping cost to us via any of our contacts.
- Should a customer wishes to return the products but not proceed to contact us or not return the product(s) within a specified period, we will not take any responsibility or obligation as the product(s) will be regarded as accepted by customers. (We will consider proof of shipping, tracking number along with other proofs for the allowed period for informing the intention to return.)
- In case of any customer who bound under our term of 30% credit payment, we will take the value of the returned products and deduct his/her outstanding amount. Should a customer already settled the obligation, our company will, instead, make a refund as cash.
Note: For any customer who bound under our term of 30% credit payment, when the customer has already returned the product and wish to place a new order, he/she needs to settle the outstanding 30% amount before placing a new order.
